I believe that all therapy starts with building a trusting relationship. I want to listen to your needs and help you find solutions to your goals. I create a safe and nonjudgemental environment for everyone.
I currently do individual therapy sessions in a private practice setting. My areas of focus include Adolescent behaviors, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and Anger Management.
Reaching out is a very difficult thing to do. Whenever you are ready I am here to listen and together we will determine if I would be a good fit for your needs.
I enjoy helping people reach their goals and their potential. I also want to help you make sense of things and learn to handle stressful emotions in a healthy manner.

First I verify insurance and schedule a time that is accommodating. The first session is an initial assessment to determine overall needs.

I have a state licensure in mental health counseling with 15 years experience in counseling. I have experience in working with teenagers, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder.
