I have been a therapist for over 15 years with the last 6 years strictly online. I believe in reaching out to clients from whwerever they are. Online therapy allows for people that do not have the ability to attain mental health services in their communities to get the help they need and can conduct the sessions from the comfort of their homes. I try to help my clients feel empowered to make the changes that they want.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 15 minute free consultation to learn more about each other and to develop a plan for the next steps. I work with clients to develop goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in schools, in research centers, in a practice and as a self employed therapist. All of these different environments have helped me learn how to best help a variety of populations. I also spent 2 months in Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis training the locals to be social workers. This unique experience helped me have a whole new outlook on the world and the work that I do.

$100 for 30 minute phone or video sessions.
$140 for 50 minute phone or video sessions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is important to trust and feel comfortable with your therapist. Ask questions if you have them. Be honest with yourself as to what you are looking for as expect those qualities from your therapist.
