Al is a Person-Centered Therapist who has a passion for those who are dealing with emotional numbness, addiction or broken relationships. Al's talent in counseling is to make sure his clients have a non-judgemental experience, and feel safe and deeply understood. Al specializes in working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, substance abuse, sexual addiction, pornography, marriage issues, and infidelity, as well as achieving emotional and/or spiritual wholeness.
Al received his Master's in Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. He counseled college students for 30 years, spent two years with a downtown Atlanta ministry, and a year in private practice. He has experience with an addiction treatment center, a children's treatment center, and various individual and couple clients from his private practice.
Al specializes in working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, substance abuse, sexual addiction, pornography, marriage issues, and infidelity, as well as achieving emotional and/or spiritual wholeness. Al is certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy and is affiliated with the American Counseling Association (ACA) ​
