What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I extend a 30 minute free consultation to help the client determine if there's a fit. Once this is determined we set out next appointment. I listen intently to find underlying and root causes to expedite the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MS in psychology; PhD women's studies. Certifications in domestic violence, and sexual abuse.

Raising foster children in the early 1990's I wanted to be more effective so I went back to school.
