I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in private practice, specializing in working with individuals, children, and families navigating complex life challenges. My areas of expertise include domestic violence, divorce and family conflict, sexual trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, parenting support, and ADHD-related concerns.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, meaning I don’t just look at behaviors—I seek to understand the experiences behind them. I believe that healing happens when individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered.
