About
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am a big believer in challenging negative thought patterns that keep us stuck in cycles that feed depression and anxiety.
One of the other treatment methods I practice is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and my favorite part of any session is when a client has an Ah Ha moment that helps them either gain clarity or release negative feelings about an old incident. I also love watching symptoms Depression, Anxiety, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder reduce or fade away completely.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative counselor. I know that it's difficult to be completely honest with a counselor about relationship problems if you think they'll disapprove of your relationships. I can assure you that nothing you say will offend me.

I am only licensed in Georgia and can only provide services to Georgia residents
What I enjoy most about providing counseling is when my clients reach their goals and "graduate" from therapy. My goal is to help you resolve past issues and learn new skills to handle future changes as quickly as possible so that you don't need me anymore.
