My work as a psychotherapist and spiritual life coach is in service for those seeking a life of presence, authenticity, and peace. I believe in the inner wisdom and strength that already resides within you. However, at times we feel stuck and confused and need more support. I would be more than glad to help you unpack what has been going on for you.
As the founder of The Center for Soulful Presence, it has been my highest aspiration to create a loving and safe space for the Empath, Highly Sensitive Person, LGBTQ, ADD/ADHD, creative/non-conforming, Millenial/Adult, and spirituality community.
With 16 years of experience as a therapist, I am well versed in working with the empath, HSP, ADD/ADHD sensory overload/overwhelm, compassion fatigue, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, LGBTQ related issues, trauma/PTSD, adult children of addicts/alcoholics, those currently active in 12-Step, spiritual seekers/existential crisis, and creatives seeking life direction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please go to my website at www.staceycohenlpc.com to request an appointment. I will then contact you to schedule an initial free 10-minute phone call to see if I am the right fit for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia, USA. I received a master's degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University in 2005 and a BFA in Illustration and Fine Art from the Fashion Institute of Technology 1993. I am also a Master level Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner, spiritual life coach, and expressive arts educator for personal growth and transformation. I am also currently teaching classes in Empath Thrival Skills, Intimacy for Empaths, and Building Community for Empaths on the Zoom online classroom format.

My hourly rate is $150 for a 50-minute session. Special rates apply for Spiritual Life Coaching for those that commit to more than 3 sessions.
How did you get started in this business?
My life's passion is the integration of personal growth, art, spirituality, and wellness into my practice. The work I do utilizes traditional talk therapy, life coaching, art and expressive therapies, and the application of embodied practices of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, mind-body awareness, and mindfulness in conjunction with Humanistic psychology.
