About
What you probably want to know most of all is A) can I make being a Mom easier for you and B) what it’s going to be like to work with me?
As a Mom and a coach, I know it’s possible to:
Get your children to listen to you the first time
Say no without feeling guilty
Have time for YOU no matter how many children you have or what their ages are
I love working with Moms who want being a mom to be easier, and who want to do it better with less stress because I’m one of them. I get it on a level I couldn’t without having lived through it.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the gift of understanding children. Here’s what I mean:
I was the kid that other Moms would beg to come over to play with their kids (so they could get a much-needed break)
I started babysitting as soon as my Mom would let me (needless to say, I was in high demand – I even babysat for my boss’s children at various jobs)
I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education (with honors)
I taught kindergarten, 4th, and 5th grade (to this day, I reserve one day a month to teach at local schools)
I taught parenting classes at the local hospital (where I received rave reviews)
And....of course, I became a Mom to one very spirited but anxious child and one sensitive and creative child.
Shortly thereafter, I started a Mom support group and parenting book study.
I didn’t know it at the time, those moms were my first clients...and it didn’t take long for me to realize helping Moms is what I was meant to do.
A quick confession: I know it seems like the only way to get through to your kids is to yell at them because I’ve been there.
I also know the heart-wrenching guilt of seeing the hurt on their sad, little faces after I’ve yelled.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
After working with clients for the last 9 years, here is another thing I know: you have what it takes to get your child to listen to you the first time without yelling.
I’m happy you’re here.
I work best with Moms who are so sick of arguing with their kids that they’re willing to make a change.
I’ve helped all types of Moms (single, military, gay, widowed, married, special needs, celebrity) to transform their parenting and their families.
You can too, and I’m honored to support you in that way.
I SAY WHAT I MEAN AND I MEAN WHAT I SAY (but I don’t say it mean).
I roll up my sleeves and get in the trenches with you.
I have proven, real-world solutions that work if you work it. I can’t do it for you.
It’s simple but not easy...but I’m here for you every step of the way.
I’m not afraid to talk about anything you need to talk about. I promise your parenting problem won’t be new to me. I’ve heard and seen it all.
I love what I do and I’m good at it.
As a former elementary school teacher, I love it when "the lightbulb" goes off and my clients see a new solution to an old problem. When I check back in with clients months after our last session, I love hearing the creative solutions they've applied to new problems!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients complete a Discovery Call Application (5 minutes or less) then receive a link to be able to book a free 20-minute session. During that call I listen and explain how I work and we determine how best to work together. I always give clients a little something to try right away to make things a little better.
