Since 1991, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help you achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide you with all the tools necessary to get you there. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your first counseling session I will need a summary of the problems or questions that have brought you to counseling. I will ask you questions about your history, including: family history and dynamics, significant relationships, work, substance use, cultural background, major losses, traumas, medical issues and any other information that may be helpful. This information will help me to work with you to establish personal goals and come up with an appropriate treatment plan that we will use as a guide for the rest of your sessions.
