Crisis To Recovery

At Crisis to Recovery I am focused on providing counseling services in a method perfected over 35 years of dealing with relationship issues in couples and families. My experience has covered inability to communicate, constant fighting, lack of intimacy, infidelity, personality conflicts, those on the verge of divorce, as well as underlying problems of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. To that end, I am in the process of becoming a certified substance abuse counselor as well.

I have been doing counseling for individuals, families, and couples for over 30 years.

I have developed a unique approach to my sessions involving individual sessions with each person involved after which I will have a joint meeting.

I have created a Relationship Worksheet to fill out before we meet- designed to help each person see the patterns starting from childhood.

I give "homework" assignments in the form pf Daily logs to enable clients to become more self-aware.

I love what I do and have never seen it as work
