I am a Christian counselor who sees children, adolescents and adults. I use the cognitive behavioral model along with, play, sandtray, and mindfulness practices to aid clients in growth and accomplishing their goals. I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years. I am a UIC Jane Addams School of Social work top graduate and trained in trauma treatment, family systems/ communication and play with children.

I enjoy being able to help people move through obstacles to growth and the life they desire to have, gain understanding and continue on the path to growth. I enjoy helping people explore and grow their strengths, learn more about themselves emotionally and spiritually and grow.
