I have been dealing with unresolved trauma that presents in the form of severe depression and anxiety for years and recently it had gotten so bad that I decided to look for help, I had very little hope of anything changing and going on thervo was a long shot as I usually have been told to search psychology today. I really had no idea what I was looking for but asked the universe to guide me to the right person. Enter Allarah! She has been extremely helpful in just a few sessions. It is obvious that she has many years of experience and she offers very compassionate and practical guidance. She also utilizes a wide variety of tried and true techniques. I have always been nervous to try different things (like hypnotherapy) that get a bad rap for being too alternative or “woo woo” but this woman truly has a gift. I feel very confident that I have finally found the person to help guide me in the process of recovery and achieving my full potential.

What an Awesome experience! A.J. 's technique is super, I had a deep tissue head and neck for my migraines. It was our first session so I was pretty tight, but he did a great job working some kinks out. We have another appointment this week. Ladies, try this guy out!

Ziara was SOOOOO amazing! I called at 12:40 p.m. she asked me what time would be good for me & had me in at 1:30 p.m. She massaged for the FULL hour. Some therapists cut off a few minutes before but she gave me my full time. & Not to mention she was very attentive, I told her what I preferred and she did it immediately. This woman put in work!! She was getting knots out for real! Like I am so impressed & I'm so glad I asked for her. I was looking just for any place that could get me in today, as an impulse "treat yourself" gift to myself and got lucky with this gem. Not to mention I really feel so good after the massage. I will definitely be calling her back. She goes to you most times.

My usual lower back tightness was not felt the morning after tx. I have been concerned with tightness and weakness after minimal use in the lower back & my goal is to strengthen the core and that requires much lower back muscle integration. The therapy was thoroughly effective and I do enjoy the result. I asked for her recommendation on when to return for further treatment and thanked her for the follow up suggestions she offered. They were greatly appreciated.
