I bring over 30 years of mental health counseling and school psychology experience to my clientele who include adolescents, adults, couples and families. My specialty is cognitive-behavioral therapy with individuals and systems therapy with couples and families. Adjunct hypnotherapy is also provides to assist habit change.
I enjoy facilitating client personal growth and happiness. I consider it a life mission to contribute to societal wellness through teaching rational thought process and skillful social interaction.
