Hello. I work with clients as an agent for healthy change, believing that the best therapy helps folks leave a session knowing they spent an hour with a friend who cares enough to be helpful as well as truthful.

I like working with folks who want to work on themselves. I love to work with couples struggling to stay together. Many years of experience help me to understand roadblocks which can crush couples' desires to hear and be heard.
