About
I enjoy working with men, women, couples, and families. I specialize in working with couples and with individuals struggling with trauma or who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, trouble in school or work, issues concerning spirituality, sexual orientation, suicide, bereavement, or anything keeping one from living his or her best life.
When you arrive for a counseling session, you will learn why I am person-centered and you will feel supported yet challenged.
