If my feeling is that to clear your blocks may take too many sessions, I will find a less expensive trauma therapist to facilitate your healing.

Cindy Fabico has been a blessing in my life. When I went to her for help I was so lost and in so much pain. In the last 2 to 3 years she has helped me understand myself, she has helped me understand my relationships with my mother, daughter and husband which has made a great deal of difference in how I modify my behavior so that I suffer less and improve my relationships. She has helped me see things from others perspectives and hence giving me the power of understanding them. She has even helped me find my passion in life and I just started pursuing that. She is a great therapist who patiently but actively listens, interacts and guides you to figure out what you are feeling and why. She is also a great human being who is not afraid of sharing her own experiences if she feels it will help you better understand yourself. She becomes your advocate and your cheer leader. She is friendly, warm and inspiring. She is a strong, caring and self confident making her my role model. I always get out of my sessions with her more secure, less depress and more happy. Its a work in progress but I can honestly say that she is the best therapist I have had in my entire 58 years of life and that is a big statement given that I started to see psychologists from age 27. I love Cindy! Her place of practice is very nice, calm and warm. All effort is made to see you punctually and to cause you the least stress. She is flexible with appointments. I can go on and on about how helpful and impactful she has been in my life in a relative short time given my history with therapy. I recommend Cindy to anyone 110% without a doubt in my heart or my mind.

Individual counseling, Life coaching $150 per 50 min in office, $40 per 15 min online .

Couples and family therapy $175 50 min with initial 2 hour minimum of $400, $40 per 15 min online, 2 hour min initial

All types, just no eating disorders, I don’t have that training.
