For over 20 years I have been on a path helping others attain their goals, feel better in their own skin and thrive in their lives again. I mostly work with Adults and specialize in trauma therapy, mental health and grief therapy. The techniques utilized are, but not limitted to Rapid Resolution Therapy, Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Meditation, and Inner Child work. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go at the pace of my client. I don't force trauma therapy on someone who isn't ready for it. I do work using meditive states to achieve quick results. I can actually have you laughing while working through a horrendous trauma! If you don't believe it, you will just have to try it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Counseling and Psychology. I remain active in searching/learning effective techniques that will make the best difference for my clients.

How did you get started in this business?
I have had a passion for creatively helping and teaching others. I have had personal experience with mental health issues in my family which made me curious on how to help them more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly adults, and some teens with all issues. I have had diverse experience in working in the hospital setting to residential, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, EAP, community mental health and outpatient therapy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel a good connection with your therapist. If it doesn't seem like a good fit just tell them.
