I am a licensed professional counselor in Florida and Louisiana. I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma. When you are facing times that are uncertain and you need some assistance with strategies and skills to get through just reach out and I can help you through to a better place.
I have worked in an inpatient hospital, medication assisted treatment, substance abuse, agency settings as well as private practice for the last 6 years.
I enjoy helping people get to a better place where they are functioning on a level where they can enjoy life! I believe people should work to live , not live to work. So helping people get to that place where they can enjoy their life more, feel happier and more secure in who they are makes me feel good about the job I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a consultation call to get to know me, ask any questions. If all goes well, we can set an appointment for your first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed mental health counselor for Florida and Louisiana. I am a client centered therapist that meaning I make the treatment plan that fits the client individually. I am a EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in counseling to assist individuals and families that are in need of someone whom won't judge them for the issues that they face. It is hard enough to reach out for counseling so I try to make the process as painless as possible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, couples and families. I assist people with anxiety, depression and trauma.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a counselor ensure that you have found a counselor that you can trust and believe in. The counseling relationship means a lot when you are looking for a counselor because this is some of the most personal aspects of your life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ensure to talk with your counselor as to their expertise in the area and that it's a good fit so during the difficult parts of therapy you still trust the process.
