I am a licensed mental health counselor and a certified relationship coach. I utilize a solution based approach to help clients overcome a variety or concerns. I specialize in substance abuse and trauma therapy, but also coach women who are striving for self empowerment and offer couples counseling.
I utilize my own life experiences as. Mother of triplets, a 9 year cancer survivor and a traum survivor as a way to encourage and support my clients while offering compassion and empathy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree, I am a licensed therapist and I am certified in CBT, DBT and trauma therapy. I am level 1,2,3 certified in Gottman method for couples counseling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My hourly rate for individuals is $135 and $150 for couples. I use an outside carrier for insurance and accept BCBS, Optum/UH, Aetna and Cigna
