I'm so happy that you reached out for help! I am Althea Sawyers, a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have worked mainly with individuals and couples in therapeutic counseling for over 10 years, both online and in my private practice. I use various evidence-based models of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, to treat issues of anxiety, relationship, trauma, weight loss, smoking cessation, goal-setting and other areas of self-improvement.
My mission is to empower you to discover and establish your strengths, equip you with the tools you need to become better problem solvers, and to start living a life of fulfillment, peace, and balance.
