Here is exactly how we work together: • Discovery: We connect briefly to discuss your specific physical needs, pain points, and wellness goals. • Booking: We lock in your time to bring the session directly to your home or office studio. A $20 deposit secures your appointment. • Cleansing: Before touching the table, we share a quiet moment of gratitude and use a sage stick or incense to smudge and clear the energy of the space. • Healing: I begin by placing my warm, loving hands on your body to flow positive energy, combining therapeutic bodywork with deep, assisted stretches. • Grounding: We finish with a few quiet moments to ground yourself, leaving you feeling loose, refreshed, and vibrating at a higher frequency.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed professional with over 20 years of hands-on healing expertise. I graduated at the top of my class in 2006, completing all state-required live, practical training hours with exceptional grades. To offer a fully tailored therapeutic experience, I have spent the past two decades expanding my craft through extensive advanced training, including: • Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy – Releasing chronic tension and relieving structural pain. • Tabletop Thai Massage – Incorporating deep, assisted stretches to leave joints loose and limber. • Specialized Care – Certified training in both Prenatal Massage and Facelift Massage. This extensive technical foundation allows me to safely and effectively hold an intentional, high-vibe space for your physical and energetic recovery.
