It seems like everyone around you is clinging to you like a life raft and you feel yourself going under. Your life is a tornado, everything is spinning and you are barely hanging on. You can feel yourself losing your grip and you know you will be sucked away at any moment.

You may be struggling with some form of addiction, self-sabotage, self-harm, shame/guilt, co-dependency, or the trauma of past abuse. You know something has to change, but you just don’t know how to make it happen.

I believe in the human potential to grow and change. We are amazing creatures and have the ability to over come severe adversity. Sometimes all we need is someone to really see and hear us. I am here to do that for you. All are welcome - LGBTQ+, Poly, Kink, any Race, Nationality, or religion.

I have over 23 years experience helping people just like you. I offer a compassionate, safe, and judgment free place to work on whatever is keeping from having your best life. I will teach you practical skills that you can use to decrease negative thought and behavior patterns that are keep you stuck while increasing your ability to be fully present and in charge of your life. I will draw on a wide range of approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, person centered, psychodynamic and humanistic to help you live your best life.
