Thank you for taking the time to read about myself and my services I am an artist, expressive arts facilitator, Counselor and art therapist
I love people and am here to serve you in overcoming obstacles, living well with mental health issues, process trauma and assist with life transitions
I have worked with people for 26 years in different capacities including waitressing, teaching at the elementary and collegiate level and as a therapist working with communities after human and natural caused disasters in addition to seeing clients privately
I use traditional talk therapy, positive-strength bass approach in addition I incorporate the arts as appropriate if you are open to it
I hold a masters in counseling and art therapy. I am a board certified art therapist and a licensed mental health counselour.
I am happy to offer a 15 minute phone consult I provide tele therapy as well as in person at practice in Palm Harbor.

I really enjoy all people and sharing all of tools in hopes of helping people. I like that I can help people online so they can feel comfortable as well as creating a safe space in my office.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in counseling and art therapy. I am board certified in art therapy and hold a registered mental health counseling intern statues in the state of Florida.i am also a registered yoga teacher with the yoga teacher alliance. I am trauma trained and have worked with people after natural and human caused disasters. I have expierence with mental illness, trauma, ptsd, life transitions and general coaching.

Yes.
My online fee is 125 dollars. I am out of network. This is for a 50 minute session. I do have sliding scale prices but they are full at this time.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been working with people for 26 years and became an artist as a result of tgeraoy. My BA is in visual arts but I studies the expressive therapies as well. After school I worked as an artist, process arts facilitator and teacher. I have always been in the helping professions but became decreed at a masters level in 2017.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages, ptsd, anxiety, grief, autisum, life changes, relationship issues.
