In a judgement free & private zone I will work with you to help you envision what it is you want for yourself & assist you with achieving that goal. I use several different treatment methods to find what you feel is most effective for yourself. Therapy is not one size fits all! I believe its important to remember that. Since 2010 I have worked with adolescents & adults to help overcome trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief & co-occurring disorders. I will work with you to encourage self-empowerment to make the changes needed in your life to become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Over time, we will work to diminish and overcome your triggers through a variety of coping skills so you can feel better than you have before.
There is nothing more rewarding than watching people who are seeking help become successful in their goals. Being privileged to be a part of client change is something I take seriously. Clients becoming empowered to speak their truth and begin to heal is an amazing journey to watch.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new client reaches out my goal is to return their request in 24 hours. Once we have spoken, I send all intake forms via e-mail, should you prefer. In doing this, on the first day we meet we can get started in therapy. As opposed to spending the first 20 minutes reviewing forms. My goal is to always offer scheduling the same week you are requesting services. Your mental health is important and should be treated as a priority to those you reach out to.
