I am passionate about working with people in transition, crisis and have an overall desire to achieve their goals. I incorporate therapies that deal with; anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship building skills. Therapy is a tool for those struggling to cope as well as those who are healthy. I have a deep understanding that we all need encouragement and support throughout our lifespan. My services are a good match for people of faith and persons that want to explore or reconnect/ strengthen inner peace.
I enjoy working with clients to achieve peace insight and resolution to their current and passed presenting issues. I consider it and honor to work with people who desire to heal and achieve their goals.
I have a worked assisting people and clients as a clinical social worker for over 15 years. Moreover, my experience of working with or for people goes beyond my clinical experience, all of my previous work and volunteer history has given me the opportunity to work with clients in a meaningful way. I consider working with clients as a privilege and have learned a great deal about life, resilience and New Beginnings

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation with a new client consist of addressing current presenting issues. I find it very important to understand client's history, as well as understanding the environment they currently find themselves in currently. Together we work towards resolving stress anxiety or current concerns a client may have. Ultimately, I like to see clients go beyond a crisis situation and reach their goals. I find that is important for a person to look at their entire being. Addressing issues of the Body Soul and Spirit will help balance life and create a more fulfilling existence
