I am passionate about offering hope to those struggling in their marriage or with challenging feelings like anxiety and depression. I have been in practice for over 14 years and I have worked with many individuals and couples to help guide them towards healing and renewed hope in their lives and marriages. I consider it a priveledge to walk alongside others as they work through challenges and process difficult emotions.
I am honored to journey with people as they navigate some of the most difficult things in their lives. When I am able to guide someone towards healing and a greater understanding of themselves it reminds me of what I love about my job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an inital session to asses what is going on and work towards a treatment plan. After that I typically see clients once a week for awhile until we have a chance to work through some things and then I will often see clients every other week for awhile as we continue to work towards their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Counseling and I am a Licensed Therapist. I have done courses in emotionally focused therapy, attachment based therapy and other relationship centered therapies as well as some other brain-based and trauma focused treatment courses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I am a private pay therapist and my typical rate is $125 per hour. I have some sliding scale openings available based on need.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different clients but I most enjoy working with people who are navigating the challenges and emotions of relationships. I also enjoy working with women as they are building their self confidence, finding their voice and healing from past hurts.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions, find someone you connect with and who is familiar with what you are looking for.
