What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because of Covid19, I work mostly from home through text messaging and phone conversations.
Customers email me a brief message regarding what they are going through, and then, we heal together.
Loneliness after a loss is devastating to a person, so I am here, listening and go through the process with them.
Art Therapy, and Memoir writing is good for healing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Grief Counselor , specializing in Pet Loss, Ordained Minister, and I hold a PhD in Metaphysical Psychology. I am a K9 Behaviorist and Registered Bach Flower Therspist and Art Therapist.

How did you get started in this business?
I have lost so many, so much. I have gone through a lot of heartache. It started with helping myself going through so much grief and pain, and then experience what a helping hand can do. I decided to be that helping hand, and took years of education to gather knowledge. Death and loss is a part of life that is devastating to go through. Even though you have people around, you can feel lost and lonely in your grieving, especially when you lose a beloved Pet. I am here for help and comfort, so you don't go through grieving alone.
