I have a unique ability to help clients find the strength that exist within that they may not even be aware of. I use Solution Focused Therapy and Vision Boards to empower individuals towards holistic life choices and better wellness. I have a sunny disposition and believe in providing a safe and confidential place where we can work together to create positive change. My clients are overcomers and I rejoice in seeing them achieve their goals and live happier lives with increased passion, meaning & purpose.

The joy that I recieve when I know that I have helped another on thier journey makes my heart sing! I delight with the realization that individuals can bouce back and find happiness especially after difficult life moments when feeling defeated, lonely and afraid. I offer a free consult to learn more about how we can work together to create a better life experience for you and those you love.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I have been trained as a Spiritual Care Director, Christian Counselor, Eucharistic Minister and truly delight in helping others. It is my privilege and honor to have served over 4000 hours of counseling individuals and groups.

Our first meet and consultation is free and will be used to determine if we can and will work together to create changes that enhance your life and relationships.
When and if we decide to move forward, my fee for professional counseling range from $60 to $125 per session.
How did you get started in this business?
As a former school teacher and mother to six grown children, I found that helping others along life's journey brings me great joy. From Early Childhood to Eldercare, I have helped empower many clients and have seen the positive difference in their lives as a result of our work together.
I believe that all things are possible and all things can become new when we work together taking small steps towards a healthier, happier you.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My recent experience at Naples Therapuetic Riding Center working with horses and those in recovery at David Lawrence Center was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. To see the residents make connections and overcome addiction with the most beautiful horses was awesome.
I now have an emotional support puppy that weighs about 4 lbs. His name is Mozzarella and I would be happy to have him help along the way if you decide this may be of interest to you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encourage a client to take advantage of my free consultation. Taking the first step may be challenging but making this connection may be the best thing for you and your loved ones right now.
I think it is importnat to speak to any therapist, preferably face-to face prior to the first session to get a feel for the therapuetic alliance. Trust is a connection that clients and counselor build right from the start. I would like to gain and keep your trust as we move toward All Things New.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Consider the desire of your heart. What areas do you feel you would like to change or improve in your life? Consider four aspects of your life...Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical. How can baby steps that you might take today make a positive difference in your life tomorrow?
