I have over 28 years experience as a counselor. I have helped students of all ages, parents, and families work through stress, anxiety, anger, grief, career, family, relationship issues and many other struggles. I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in FL and a Licensed Professional Counselor in GA.

I also have certifications as a Yoga Teacher, an International Health Coach (Integrated Nutrition), a Youth Mental Health Instructor, and a Root Cause Protocol Mineral Consultant. I have chosen to study the mind, body, and spirit connection because it's all tied together.

I truly enjoy learning about how to help others and using that knowledge to guide my clients through the hurdles in life as they encounter them. I offer several counseling theories and modalities in order to meet my client's needs and goals.
