Life Coaching and Therapy LLC is committed to a sex-positive, body-positive, trauma-informed, identity-affirmative environment supporting clients of all races, economic status, religion, culture, sexual orientation, relationship status or composition, gender, and ability. Our practice specializes in same-sex relationships, gender reassignment, non-monogamous relationship challenges, couples/marriage challenges, and concerns about sexual pleasure, sexual functioning, and intimacy.

We currently accept Husky (Medicaid), Anthem, and Cigna insurance plans, as well as Out-of-Network and self-pay.
