You will feel like a priority, a person who has been truly heard and not just "another client". I tailor my counseling treatment to you and I offer a variety of tools based upon your individual circumstances and needs. Have you ever felt you were just a number when seeking health care? I have. I was in the mental health field for over 10 years when I took "a leap of faith" and opened my full-time private practice- and I'm so happy that I trusted my instincts. Having a private practice has allowed me to provide indivualized, compassionate treatment based upon the clients needs and goals. It allows my clients to know they are not in a health care "factory" - they know they have a clinician who really cares, is highly trained and has "real world experience". A clinician who has time for them. I offer no-cost consultations, flexible scheduling (evening appointments) and text message availability (within reason). I limit my client case-load - but, I try my very best to respond to all inquiries.

I enjoy 99.9% of my job. I enjoy seeing people thrive. I really enjoy when people quiet the negative, self defeating voices that tell them they are not enough. I enjoy when couples communicate more effectively and lovingly. I really enjoy when couples can go through difficult times and come out the other side, often stronger than before. I appreciate people's bravery when facing their fears and challenging their old patterns (that weren't working very well), I love laughing with clients, and feel proud to occasionally cry with them I believe in human beings resiliency, and despite some being dealt a "bad hand" they get up every day and try again....
