Being a mom is hard and it’s even harder talking about the difficulties when you’re feeling guilty and shameful for feeling that way. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are real, yet they’re rarely talked about and moms are made to feel like they’re doing something wrong if they aren’t loving all aspects of motherhood. As a therapist that specializes in working with pregnant and postpartum women, I’m here to let you know there’s help and you can feel well again. Please see my psychology today profile for more information. I look forward to hearing from you!
In addition, I work with others experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitional stressors outside of motherhood. Change is challenging and it's even more challenging when we feel alone and isolated with limited direction and support.
I love being able to work with women to support them in feeing better about themselves and their lives!

I typically meet with new clients on a weekly basis in order to obtain relevant information specific to the each person’s difficulties. I gather the necessary treatment and family history in order to begin to co-construct appropriate treatment goals. I like to practice from a solution focused, problem solving standpoint in order to provide the most effective treatment for my clients.
I have a master’s degree, clinical license, and 10+ years of experience.
I have always enjoyed working with people and supporting them in reaching their goals and aspirations. I started out in the social work field working with children and families struggling with acute psychiatric needs that required psychiatric hospitalizations and I have since expanded my work to include working with moms both pregnant and postpartum.
