Chemical Addictions Treatment Services
About
I have written a workbook for people (ages 18 to 80) wanting to remain abstinence from all unnecessary mood altering substances. 'The Road to Wellness Workbook' provides brief treatment to give the client a greater understanding of how to remain in recovery from chemical dependency. CBT, DBT, and twelve step milieus are emphasized in this individual therapy. I have 35 years of professional experience with CT certification and license in good standing. See my 'road to wellness workbook' on Facebook website or on Amazon; look for 'John Forlenza-Bailey' on 'linkin' or my website: www.johnforlenza-baileyladc.com for more information.
