The focus of my practice is helping people feel well. I work with clients recovering from depression, trauma, and addictions, and in managing anxiety, and long term mental health concerns. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work, and Certificates in Pastoral Counseling, and Yoga Teaching.
Helping others feel better about themselves, their lives, and experiences is heart warming for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for clients to feel comfortable with a therapist they are going to work with. I try to create an environment where that can happen
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters and a Bachelors in Social Work. I have worked in a multitude of settings including medical, psychiatric, outpatient, acute, home care, and hospice. I have post masters training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and am yoga trained and hold certificates in Pastoral Counseling
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. Insurances allow me to charge $160.00 per session, and pay me @ 120.00 per session. I charge private clients the same as I get paid by insurances.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with very young children, to very late life adults. I have experience with lots of life situations, and have helped many to navigate thru.
