About
I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed. Life can be hard. In fact, it has gotten harder over the last year. With all the uncertainty in the world today, it is no wonder many women are struggling to juggle everything life throws their way. Working remotely, being both a parent and a teacher to their children, lack of socialization, and/or the loss of family or friends. In these difficult times, it is common to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as emotional eating, over sleeping, increased consumption of alcohol, and becoming socially withdrawn. As a Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety disorders as well as emotional eating, I can help women to align their mind and body to nourish their vision of becoming their best selves.
Although I have worked with clients of all ages, I am passionate about working with women who are looking to just feel better. If you are someone who is tired of feeling anxious, tired of not sleeping well, tired of racing thoughts, I can help.
I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a health coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Utilizing the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years, I have combined my passions for mental and physical health, to work with my clients to change both their minds and their bodies.
"A lifestyle change begins with a vision and a single step" Jeff Galloway. Contact me to take that first step. Together, we will work to bring the light back into your life.
