About
As a Naropa-trained psychotherapist, I pair empathic precision with clear, down-to-earth language, turning insights into practical steps. Rooted in five years of private practice, trauma-informed somatic methods, and a personal creative history of music and dance, my sessions invite body, mind, and creativity to work as one. You’ll find a warm, judgment-free space—yet one that gently challenges you to turn stuck emotions into purposeful action and real growth. Ready to feel the shift? Book your first session and let’s meet the moment together.

This meeting also gives me a chance to speak about how I'm best able to help.
From there we can go on to make our first appointment and begin working together.
