I thrive for my client to be able to breathe and relax and be present in their body. To speak to their inner self like it's their best friend. And find toxins and trauma and release it as if it's a that is a toxic relationship. I like to help release stress and trauma through touch. I have strong warm intuitive hands that heat up the fascia seek out the knots and tension revisit them and do detailed work.

I clean and disinfect treatment room after every session with high grade sanitation products. I use fragrant free hypoallergenic and organic hybrid cream emollient. You'll rest your worries away on my spacious heated hydro table draped with crisp clean soft linens cozy blanket and a comfortable lambskin head rest cover.

ABOUT ME 🧐

I'm a passionate Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 10+ years. Born and raised in Green Mountain Colorado. In 2012 I enrolled into the last AOS 2 year program @ The Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado.bI successfully maintained a 4.0 GPA. With the support from My Tribe and I courageously graduated and earned Associates Degrees in Healing Arts. Shortly after graduation I passed The Colorado MT MBLEX test and I humbly obtained my License! 🤗🥳. I was a high school drop out so this was an Amazing Huge accomplishment for me. It showed my children how to never give up on your Life and make dreams love.

CSOHA enlightened me in the ways of the Mind Body and Soul! I learned many modalities deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal,reflexology, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, sports, reset proprio receptors, energy healing body centered therapy, physiology, detailed study of anatomy, diet nutrition, neuroscience and a few other skills that I am proud of!
