About
We are a small team of female therapists who specializes in working with adults and teens struggling with Anxiety (social, panic, generalized anxiety), perinatal mental health, depression, OCD and life transitions. We also help modern couples navigate the heavy lift that is parenting, sharing the load, and creating a strong relationship amidst life's challenges. We offer remote (video or phone) therapy as well as in-person.
I am amazed by people’s beauty and resilience. I believe that we are all capable of moving towards our values and living a life that is healthy and full!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consult (short phone or email intake)
First 1-2 Sessions are spent doing assessment, goal-setting, and treatment planning
Then...the fun begins!
I believe that effective therapy, especially when working on a specific mental health issue should be active, directive, helpful and fairly brief (12-16) sessions. Some people just want to do therapy as way to talk about life struggles/or get some coaching or different perspective around their relationships, and that kind of therapy can take as short, or as long as you want it to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and continue to do the "work" and learn how to guide people through healing and change.
