About
I am a Marriage and Family therapist, but I think of myself as a container for my clients' emotional pain. My office is a safe place where clients can come and unload their emotional pain, and fear, in an environment where there is empathy and support but no judgment. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, and complex trauma, using EMDR, and talk therapy to process the hurt, and pain, preventing you from having the life, and relationships that you desire.
