I have a ten week Happy Couples Program that addresses evidenced based therapies that give couples the skills they need to communicate more effectively.
I am a Certified Facilitator for the work of Brene Brown, and use her research in much of my work.
For anxiety, I use the UCLA designed and evidence based process for coping with fearful situations
