The staff is extremely helpful and kind also the staff is very knowledgeable and really cares for each and every child on a personal level. The staff is patient with the kids and all the animals are so gentle I love SRD and their staff especially Ms Rocha. She always goes above and beyond. Both my children love her and look up to her. She is the hardest working lady I know
