Reviving Relationships
About
Life is full of challenges.
The anxiety and guilt you feel when you try juggling your needs with your partner’s.
The thanklessness of parenting.
Finding meaningful work you love and brings you joy each day.
Learning how to move on after loss.
And the big questions...
Who am I? What am I here to do?
As you sit with these complexities of life, there is one certainty—you have the ability to be conscious, mindful and present of your own life. You are the one in charge of our outlook on life.
As Gandhi said, "You must be the change you want to see in the world."
The first step is knowing who you are and who you want to be.
In my therapy practice I support you to turn the gaze inward. Together we explore how your history shaped you, why you act the way you do, and explore your beliefs and feelings. We will delve deeply into your values to see if they align with your visions of today.
In therapy, as you discover more about yourself you will bring awareness to your life and revive your relationship with everything and everyone around you. This is a journey to help you create new beginnings, in order to nourish the fulfilling and satisfying life you have long craved to live.

I love watching my clients grow. When I see "the lightbulbs go off" and my client(s) have an "AH -HA" moment it is the best feeling because I know through their awareness change is possible.
