About
Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to a Masters of Science degree in Marriage, Family and Couples Counseling. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the greater San Francisco area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek.
I work from a few modalities: My base is in Attachment Theory, Relational Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theories (which incorporates a variety of theories in of itself). I utilize DBT and other solution or behavioral focused tools when they are needed. Ultimately, I tailor my approach based on my client's needs. I strongly believe that we are all relational beings and as such a good therapeutic relationship is built on trust within the relationship. You are the expert on you; I am the tool in which you can develop a full sense of yourself in this world and as such form and sustain more meaningful relationships beginning with the one you and I will form in therapy.
