I offer a warm and inviting space for women who tend to be their own worst critic. So many of us second-guess what we know, put our needs on hold, and then judge ourselves for being "selfish" or "inconsiderate" when our desires go against the grain. I offer life, relationship, and empowered communication coaching for women seeking to live a life true to themselves. I support these women in learning to honor and speak up for their needs, slowing down, listening and discerning deeply, and moving from a place of authentic self-love and respect.
I bring over a decade of training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), peer counseling, and the Hakomi method of therapy to my work with women. We go slow and we go deep, bringing a gentle but radical welcoming to soft and tender and strong and fiery places inside you alike.
