I am a trauma-informed empowerment life and spiritual coach. My greatest strength is kindness and I genuinely care about my clients' success and wellbeing. I offer a positive, calm, and nonjudgemental space for you to explore and create the growth you envision in your life. I love assisting my clients with their life transitioning periods.
I understand that we live in a world full of negative noise – both internal and external. It’s not easy to identify your true voice with this negative chatter.
My deepest desire is to share my gift with you and help you feel empowered in all aspects of your life. I truly want to support and guide you in creating your best possible self. I want you to have what I have and I know you can. Allow me to show you the steps and share the tools I have used to create the life I want despite all the hardships and limitations people placed on me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free introductory session to learn what the client would like to work on. Together, we will explore and honor the life journey that brought you this far and we will create a personalized plan for you to follow. After each session, you will have concrete and achievable action items to complete before the next session. In between sessions, you will receive a follow-up/check-in message from me to remind you of the items we discussed in the previous session.

- How will your life be impacted when you have these wants and desires fulfilled? How will you feel when you have manifested your desires?
- What will you miss out on if, a year from now, nothing has changed? How will you feel if nothing has changed a year from now?
