About this pro

I have passion in helping people align to their highest self - body, mind and spirit. As a transpersonal psychotherapist I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship challenges and trauma. I do it in a way that brings in the whole person- via talk, mindfulness, guided imagery, dreamwork, journaling, movement and the like. I have been practicing since 2002 and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I've been teaching mindfulness for over 10 years as well. My website is https m:// and you can find me on FB and Instagram under Renee Sanguinetti, MFT.
