I have passion in helping people align to their highest self - body, mind and spirit. As a transpersonal psychotherapist I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship challenges and trauma. I do it in a way that brings in the whole person- via talk, mindfulness, guided imagery, dreamwork, journaling, movement and the like. I have been practicing since 2002 and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I've been teaching mindfulness for over 10 years as well. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually take a session or two for the intake and assessment process to clarify goals for treatment, gather history and work collaboratively with the client to set up a treatment plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in transpersonal counseling psychology and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
