I have been counseling individuals my whole life. I have helped adults and children. I have also operated a Montessori school for several years and worked in the classrooms. In the business world, I counseled people to help them establish their business, as well as helped them with sales function. I have also taught seminars, and written and delivered speeches to motivate others. Finally, I had a television talk show which was designed to educate people about numerous topics, while I interviewed people from all walks of life on the broadcast.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I build a rapport with them to establish trust. Then I have them talk about their needs, problems, desires, and past. Next I reiterate what they have said. Then we design a plan of action to move forward, and finally monitor our results.
