I’m Rosalind, a licensed therapist with 17 years of experience helping people move through what feels stuck. Whether that’s trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or the quiet ache of not quite knowing who you are anymore. My approach is real and grounded, but deeply caring; I’ll meet you where you are, challenge you when it serves you, and hold space for the full complexity of your story. Drawing on many therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing , and a genuine curiosity about the human experience, I work with you to untangle the patterns keeping you from inner freedom, true authenticity and the life you’re meant to live.
