I am a transformational life and health coach who is willing to be your partner in health offering life coaching, health coaching, sleep coaching, stress management, and relationship coaching.
I have been in the medical, health and nutritional fields for over 20 years having licenses and multiple certifications. Although I have seen multiple clients during my years in the field in the clinic setting, I just recently decided to launch my online coaching since I saw the value and growing need of treating multiple clients outside of my immediate area and at their convenience.
I am able to customize coaching and lifestyle plans especially for you to help you achieve your goals and help you get the results needed to improve your life and situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial discovery or intake session where I get to know the client and how I can be of assistance to them. I ask a series of questions and actively listen to what the client has to say and what they need help with. If client signs up with me, we then determine the amount of coaching sessions to be recommended to achieve the desired outcomes. These sessions are conveniently done via online from a tablet, phone or computer at an agreed upon time thats convenient for the client and I. After hour sessions are available as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the medical, health, and wellness fields for over 20 years.
I am a Licensed, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
I am a Certified Health and Life Coach specializing in Transformational Health and Wellness Coaching, Stress Management, Relationship Coaching, Pre-Marital and Marriage Coaching, Anger Management, Sleep Coaching, Work/Life Balance, and Chronic Disease Management online and in person at my Wellnesa Center in Lake Elsinore, CA.

How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in this field over 20 years in the hospital, clinic, clients homes but just recently launched an online, tele-health version for approximately the last 2 years.
