There are many different forms of therapy, and the clinicians at LSA work individually with each person. They focus on finding the best tools and techniques to be used for each individual.
Therapy is not one size fits all, and we will work with you to find the best solutions for your life. Life Skills Awareness therapeutic services include: Individual, family, couples, & groups (anger management, domestic violence, parenting, substance abuse & child abuse/endangerment). In addition, we offer free 3 to12 months substance abuse outpatient services that include individual, group, and family counseling for previously incarcerated individuals (within 3 years of release date) with transportation services available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process involves clients calling, emailing, or walking into the office to schedule an appointment. The first visit is the intake session which is where the client will complete necessary paperwork and reveiw it with their assigned therapist. The next step involves identifying the reason the client is seeking therapeutic intervention and develop a plan to create change.
